What better holiday than Valentine's Day to show your appreciation, gratitude and love to your clients? This holiday isn't just about romance and roses, you can include everyone on this special day. It's also a great time to market yourself as a Real Estate Professional.
Below are a few ideas to get you started.
Deliver a bottle of champagne to your buyers
Let your buyers know that you appreciate them this holiday buy delivering a bottle of champagne to them personally. Personalize this gift even more by adding a card that let's your buyer know that you look forward to drinking this with them to celebrate their new home, such as, “Keep this on ice! I can’t wait to drink this with you to celebrate the closing! It’s getting close I feel it!”
Dinner for Two Raffle
Offer a Dinner for Two dinner as a door prize to an Open House for one of your listings. Decorate a box for the Valentine’s Holiday and offer those that attend the open house a chance to place their name and phone number or a business card in the box. At the end of the day, draw a name and present the winner with a Valentine’s Day card with your business card and a gift card to a local restaurant.
Personalized Candy Hearts
There are many online companies that will customize candy hearts with up to three lines of text. Customize your candies with messages such as "I love Leads" or "Be My Friend/Client." Add your business card to the box of candy and give them away at your next open house or keep them in your desk or car for when you meet your next client.
Dry Erase Board
Everyone can use a small dry erase board for their refrigerator or office to write notes or a grocery list on. Give away a few of these to your clients.
