Customer-based CRM: Agents set follow-ups, take notes, upload pre-approval letters, send drip listing to customers each day based on criteria, set customer status (showing homes now, buying in 1-3 months, etc) and management has a complete overview of all customers.
Agents can add census information to the Lead information as they move the Lead forward. Employment information, family information, etc can be added for future reference.
Contacts can be notated, all information collected from the initial contact is easy to find for both the Broker and the Agent(s) involved.
