Brokers and managers can see everything going on in the company and agents, can only see their own items. Assistants can see and edit, but not delete. Team leaders can see all the agent items on their team. All agents login and do their own work. The system has checks and balances. This is a huge time saver for broker and staff.
Permission levels include Broker, Office Broker, Office Manager, Office Asst., Agent, and access for Personal Assistant. Customer access is provided via their website account. Multiple Offices are supported and access can be limited via the assigned Office Only if desired.
